Thank you for shopping with The Playbook Journal. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Personalized and custom engraved journals are made to order and generally ship within 7–10 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotions, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom engraved journals, all custom sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please carefully review all customization details before placing your order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Playbook Journal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.
